It’s my weekly weigh-in day for Nutrisystem. Are you ready for this?
DOWN 5 pounds!!!!
Can you believe it…because I can’t! I was hoping, really hoping, for some weight loss to inspire me, but I never thought I’d lose 5 lbs in one week! WOO HOO!
So, here’s the thing…can I lose 5 lbs a week for a whole month? That would be too awesome, wouldn’t it… Somehow I don’t think that’s going to happen, but I would love to lose 15 lbs this month! I can already tell my mid-section has flattened a bit and I do have more energy (even though Josh and my boys are still sick and I’ve had to become the BIONIC WOMAN – literally).
I’m still really frustrated about going to the gym OR LACK THEREOF. Because my boys have been sick, along with my husband, I haven’t been able to take them to the childcare area. Yesterday, I decided to give it a try (I thought Wes was feeling better) and within 5 minutes the gals had to come find me. Wes wouldn’t quit crying and was running a slight fever. I’m pretty sure his stuff stems from all the teeth that are pouring out of his gums. Still, I didn’t get to work out.
So, if any of you have some really great HOME programs for working out, please email me and let me know about it or leave them in the comments here. I would love to hear about what you guys do at home to stay fit.
I was thinking of purchasing one of those mini-trampolines. At least then I could fold it up and put it under my bed when I’m not using it. Do they really work…the whole jog or jump in place thing…?
