Jacob, Ashley, Emmerson, and Cooper

I’ve been photographing this family for a long while now, and each time I see them it’s like hanging with old friends.  This time was no different, of course.  Ashley always has awesome ideas for our sessions and the kiddos make my job easy.  Jacob, you’re not too bad either. :)

This time around I drove out to Chandler, Oklahoma to get some shots in the home they’ve been remodeling.  I have to admit, I was pretty excited about traveling somewhere a bit different than normal.  It was so refreshing.  After shooting at their home for a while, we decided to head downtown to get a few shots of the coolness that is Chandler.   If you’ve never been there, you should go sometime.  It really is a hidden gem out there in Eastern Oklahoma.  We found the coolest spot to shoot – full of character and lots of neat backdrops.

Here are my faves!Emmerson was so excited to show off her NEW room!  It was PINK!

REALLY pink…

something you don’t see around our place much.  I loved it! (and it had GREAT light)

Apparently, this is what a normal day looks like around their household – lots of coloring.  It’s such a quiet pastime.  I wish I could convince my boys to do it more….

Pink walls or not, I couldn’t miss out on such cute pics of Cooper with his favorite buddy.

Meet Elway.  He smiles.

I know, I know…

you want one now, don’t you.  Heh..heh

Cooper has grown so much since I saw him last.  I couldn’t believe it!  I kept thinking he was three, instead of two.

Such a big boy!

He loves his sister, too, which is always good. :)

I loved that truck!  It was super cool – I only wish it was closer this direction.  I guess I’ll be traveling to Chandler for more sessions!

Thanks again for a great session, you guys!  I had a ton of fun!
